About the Venue

The closest airports are:

1. Florence (84km, c1hr 10 minutes drive)

2. Pisa (151km, c2hr drive)

Alternatively Rome is about a 3 hour drive.

The closet main town is Sienna (30 minute drive) which has a train station, if preferred, this train station can be accessed from all airports mentioned and I’m sure there will be plenty of people with cars we could arrange a lift.

While there is onsite accommodation unfortunately we are not able to fit everyone, you should have been advised in invitation if you have onsite accommodation (if in doubt please let us know).

For those not staying onsite we have the following recommendations:

1. Poggio Cennina, located about a 17 minute drive from the wedding venue. https://www.poggiocennina.it/

These are just a few options with plenty more around the area.

While there is a number of events scheduled we have tried to allow some down-time to allow people to explore the local area (or relax by the pool!), here are some recommendations:

Things to do:

1. Visit Arezzo - Stunning Tuscan town to walk around with plenty of history.

2. Visit a Winery - as expected with Tuscany there are plenty in the area.

1. La Locanda Dei Grulli - Deli with delicious fresh pasta served in the evenings.

2. Alla Corte Di Bacco - Relaxed traditional tuscan food.

3. La Taverna della Berardenga - Rustic fresh tuscan food.

4. Ristorante La Martina - Family run restaurant serving locally produced food.

5. La Bottega del 30 - Fine dinning restaurant
