  • Good food, good wine, good weather (hopefully!!), why not…

  • If you could please let us know if you will be coming or not by the 1st of April that would be greatly appreciated, any issues in letting us know by then please let us know.

  • Pizza Party: Casual dress code.

    Wedding ceremony: Summer smart casual (flexible but think summer garden party, a suggestion would be: linen shirt and trousers for men (shorts can be changed into after the ceremony), summer dresses for women).

    Pool party: Casual dress code, swimwear of course for those who want to swim.

  • The closest airports are:

    1. Florence (84km, c1hr 10 minutes drive)

    2. Pisa (151km, c2hr drive)

    Alternatively Rome is about a 3 hour drive.

    The closet main town is Sienna (30 minute drive) which has a train station, if preferred, this train station can be accessed from all airports mentioned and I’m sure there will be plenty of people with cars we could arrange a lift.

  • As we are having our wedding abroad, your attendance is is the only gift we need.

  • For the Welcome Pizza party, as these are cooked in a wood burning stove these will be continuously cooked and available , buffet style. There will also be salads.

    For the wedding dinner there is set menu following from aperitifs, this is a set menu for everyone excluding those with dietary requirements, where alternatives and substitutes will be made; there are separate options available for kids, these will be discussed and agreed a bit closer to the date. A late night snack will be provided.

    For the post wedding Pool party & BBQ there will be a variety of grilled meats cooked, including a range of vegetarian options

  • Yes, allergies and dietary requirements/preferences can be catered for. Where substitutes cannot be made alternative dishes will be provided.

    Separate cooking areas are used to avoid contamination.

    Please let us know via the RSVP form or separately if you have any such requirements.

  • for those staying onsite:

    check-in: 16:00 on the 21st

    check-out: 10:00 on the 24th

  • For those staying onsite breakfast will be served in the main villa 8:30 till 10:00.

  • Yes, all the villas are serviced with a kitchen, including fridge and freezer.

  • For those not staying onsite we have the following recommendations:

    1. Poggio Cennina, located about a 17 minute drive from the wedding venue. https://www.poggiocennina.it/

    These are just a few options with plenty more around the area.

  • Please let us know when you have booked accommodation and we would be happy to support arranging transportation, if the accommodation is not able to support arranging taxi’s.

    If you do have a car, although you may not want to, there is plenty of parking available at the venue should you decide to drive to any of the events. (with the option of leaving car there overnight if required).
